Great Yorkshire Show Results
It was Stephen Short from the Highcliffe Flock that took the top honours at the Great Yorkshire Show for the third time in four years. This year it was the shearling ram that took the eye of Northern Irish Judge, Allen McFadden of the Ashley Flock. This ram was bred by the Knight Family, Westland Flock which Stephen bought earlier in it’s entirety this year. The ram has already stood Reserve Male Champion at the National Show at Three Counties.
Reserve went to the ewe lamb from Austyn Chapman and Nikki Wadkins Eppleby Flock. B232400056 is out of a Loughbrae bred ewe and is by Chaddlehanger King Eric who has sired a lot of the Eppleby show and sale toppers.
