From 1st July 2023 rams will require a DNA result in accordance with the HDSBA scheme, before they can be registered as stock rams.

We recommend that Members test their ram before use in case something happens to the ram as no lambs can be registered without the sire’s DNA profile being on file.

It’s easy to do, first you need to order the kit from the second page of the merchandise on this website (You don’t need PayPal, you can select to pay by card at the final stage of paying)

You will get a confirmation email when your order goes through AND an email from HDSBA with instructions and a submission form that must accompany the samples when sending back to Neogen and the address to send it too.
